Parentrix answers your parenting questions using AI that applies our own library of parenting principles. To do that we keep your questions, your quiz answers, and your journey. We show no ads, use no trackers, and never sell or share your data with anyone for advertising — there is nothing else hiding in the app. You can delete everything with one tap, and it deletes immediately. You are talking to an AI companion, not a therapist or doctor.

We collect nothing about you until you type. There is no ad ID, no analytics profile, no location, and our application code does not log your IP address (our hosting providers keep standard server logs of their own).

About your child. We never ask for and never store your child's name, age, sex, or any child profile — there are no such fields anywhere in the system. Your child appears only inside the text you choose to type — and before that text is stored or sent to our AI provider, our own software strips names, ages, and similar identifying details from it. This stripping runs on our servers with no AI involved, and it catches most identifying details, not all — an unusual name or a roundabout phrasing can slip through, which is one reason the time limit in section 7 exists.

We do not use your data to train AI models, ours or anyone else's.
No advertising. No trackers or analytics SDKs. No selling of personal data, no "sharing" as US privacy laws define it. No profiling of children. No child-directed services — Parentrix is for adults. This section is a promise, and this policy is binding on us.

International transfers. Our servers are in the United States. For Indian users, Indian law currently permits this; you consent to it by using the service. For EU/UK users, transfers rest on the standard contractual clauses in the agreements above.
We set no advertising or analytics cookies — none. What exists:

You can: download everything we hold on you as a file, instantly, in the app (Journal → Delete my account → "Download your data" — you don't have to go through with the deletion; or write to hello@parentrix.com); correct it; delete everything (Journal → Delete my account — it is immediate, no grace period, and works for anonymous accounts too); withdraw consent as easily as you gave it; and complain — in India to the Data Protection Board of India, in the EU/UK to your local data-protection authority, or to our Grievance Officer first if you prefer.
California residents: we do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of; we honor Global Privacy Control signals and will confirm requests as the CPRA requires. You have the rights to know, delete, and correct as described above, and we never discriminate for exercising them.
Parentrix is for adults — you must be 18 or over and a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect any child's personal data. If you believe a child has used the service or a child's details have ended up with us in a way that concerns you, write to us and we will delete them.
Parentrix is an AI companion. It is not a therapist, doctor, or counsellor, and its guidance is not professional advice. If you or your child are in crisis, contact a professional or an emergency helpline directly — Parentrix is not an emergency service.
Everything travels encrypted (TLS) and is stored encrypted at rest by our infrastructure providers. Access to the service requires authenticated sessions; sign-in works by emailed magic link or Google, so there are no passwords for us to lose. We rate-limit and cap what any account can do. We take no card payments today, so we hold no payment data.
